Job summary

South Shore Animal Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Representative to create exceptional experiences for pet families. You will greet clients, assist with appointments, handle payments, and coordinate with medical and support teams.

If you are warm, organized, and love helping people and pets, this role offers $20–$23/hour, a 4-day workweek, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off. Saturdays are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service, hospitality, veterinary, medical, or other client-facing experience.
• Genuinely care about animals and understand how important they are to their families.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
• Providing exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through other communication channels.
• Scheduling appointments, managing client information, and processing payments accurately.
