Job summary

South Shore Animal Hospital in Wantagh, NY, seeks a detail-oriented Client Service Representative to enhance the client and pet experience. You will greet clients, assist with in-person and phone interactions, and process payments accurately.

We value compassionate, collaborative team players who stay organized under pressure and are eager to learn new technology. Saturdays are required, and veterinary customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a key part of our client experience, helping pet parents feel welcomed, heard, and confident in their pet’s care.

Your Day-to-day Will Include

• Welcoming clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
• Providing exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through other communication channels
• Scheduling appointments, managing client information, and processing payments accurately
• Listening to questions and concerns and helping find thoughtful solutions
• Communicating and collaborating with our medical and support teams
• Staying organized and detail-oriented in a busy environment
• Following through on commitments and looking for ways to improve the client experience
