Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of client service experience preferred.
• Cornerstone experience is a definite plus.
• Loves pets and shows empathy and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for multiple doctors and boarding facility.
• Answer phones on a multi-line system and direct callers appropriately.
• Admit patients into the hospital.
• Provide client education to pet owners.
• Maintain a professional environment and uphold company values.
• Loving on pets and supporting the care team.
