Hometown Animal Hospital & Dental Clinic is seeking a Client Services Representative to handle check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and basic reception duties. The role includes answering phones, greeting clients, processing payments, and assisting with insurance and records.

Qualifications

• Prior phone or customer service experience required
• Prior veterinary experience preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or relevant work experience required
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent typing and computer skills
• Familiarity with Avimark is a plus!
• Bilingual applicants welcomed!

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Greet clients and their pets
• Make outbound calls to clients
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Prepare forms and estimates for appointments
• Process payments, including cash, credit, and CareCredit
• Submit insurance claims and follow-up to ensure payments are received
• Ensure client satisfaction through excellent service
• Inform clients about products and services offered
