Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive patient and client flow, maximize veterinary team productivity, and maintain a welcoming, efficient environment. You will educate clients on wellness plans, assist with documentation and scheduling, and ensure accurate financial handling while delivering exceptional service.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multi-tasking, and a proactive approach to client care within a busy hospital setting.

Formación

• One year related experience required with customer service preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route flow of clients and pets.
• Maximize pets seen by maintaining a productive hospital workflow.
• Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet data entry.
• Provide instructions and invoices to outgoing clients; dispense prescriptions as directed.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
