You will educate clients about wellness plans, assist with documentation and appointments, and support the veterinary team to ensure efficient, compassionate care.

• Maximize number of pets seen through efficient hospital operations.
• Provide professional, courteous, and informative service at all times.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
• Assist clients with documentation, history entry, and invoicing; schedule future appointments.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed; support team as assigned.
