The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service forpet owners and their companions, handling phone and in-person interactions, and supporting the medical team with patient flow and records. The position emphasizes a professional, friendly demeanor, strong communication, accuracy in documentation, and a commitment to providing high-quality pet care in a team

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, answer phones, and guide clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Place outbound follow-up calls to clients and prospective clients.
• Present and explain fees, including processing payments.
• Recommend and explain products and services, including prescriptions.
• Answer questions about products/services and educate on general pet care.
• Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
• Maintain a clean, organized hospital environment inside and outside the facility.
