Responsibilities include greeting and guiding clients, documenting pet information, assisting with appointments and invoices, and promoting wellness plans to encourage continued care for pets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related experience is required (customer service preferred).
• Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital to maximize productivity and client care.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation, pet information, and scheduling.
