Ethos Veterinary Health in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our emergency/specialty hospital team. This full-time role features rotating weekday hours (8am-4pm and 8am-6pm) with weekend differentials, supporting front desk operations and client communication.

You will greet emergency clients, manage high-volume calls, maintain patient records, and collaborate with doctors and technicians.

Competenze

• Previous client service experience required; veterinary or medical experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with office software and systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Successful candidates must be able to work independently overnight while maintaining strong teamwork with medical staff.

Mansioni

• Manage high-volume incoming phone calls and client communication.
• Greet and assist emergency and specialty clients.
• Support front desk and administrative hospital operations overnight.
