Job summary

Animal Emergency & Specialty Center in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Weekend Overnight Veterinary CSR. You will be the first point of contact for clients during emergencies, delivering compassionate support, clear communication, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include handling calls, coordinating admissions, and assisting with payments and documentation while collaborating with veterinarians and staff to ensure smooth overnight operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as veterinary receptionist or CSR preferred.
• Experience in an emergency or specialty veterinary practice is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service with empathy.
• Ability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and their pets with empathy during emergencies.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide veterinary customer service.
• Serve as liaison between clients, veterinarians, technicians, and referring doctors.
• Communicate patient updates under the veterinary team guidance.
• Explain treatment estimates and payment policies to clients.
