Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support veterinarians, and deliver exceptional service. You will educate clients on wellness plans, coordinate appointments, and help maintain smooth daily operations in a busy hospital.

The role emphasizes welcoming clients, accurate documentation, and promoting preventive care while supporting a productive care team and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes and speaks fluent English with proper grammar and vocabulary.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route flow of clients and pets for superior care and productivity.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through a productive, well-run hospital.
• Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times; welcome clients and pets and educate them about their pet's health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, pet health needs and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients by completing documentation, entering pet information/history, and ensuring prompt service.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, dispensing medications per vet, selling retail products and scheduling future appointments.
• Manage finances by maintaining accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
