Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 to perform radiography.
• One year of related customer service experience required.
• Medical terminology training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital.
• Maximize productivity of the veterinary medical team.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services.
• Assist with documentation, invoices, prescriptions, and scheduling.
