Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets, maximize veterinary team productivity, and ensure friendly, efficient service.

You will greet clients, handle documentation, educate about Optimum Wellness Plans, renew appointments, and support the hospital with billing, scheduling, and retail purchases.

Role requires strong communication, multitasking and a patient, team‑oriented approach within a pet‑care setting.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Ability to educate clients about pet health and wellness plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service; welcome clients and pets and educate them about their pet's health.
• Assist with documentation, entering pet information and history, scheduling, invoicing, and retail sales.
