Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services to recruit clients and route client flow for productivity.
• Maximize pet visits through a well-run hospital to support wellness plan clients.
• Provide professional, efficient service, welcoming clients and educating them about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation, pet history, and ID tagging.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, prescriptions, and scheduling.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
