Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with animals preferred; veterinary background valued.
• Basic computer proficiency including practice management software, email, and Microsoft Office.
• Accurate data entry and record-keeping skills.
• Able to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly and provide empathetic service.
• Check-in and check-out patients, coordinating with staff.
• Maintain client communications via phone, email, and mail.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; triage based on urgency.
• Explain hospital services, wellness care, diagnostics, and follow-ups.
• Handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate patient records and process payments and refunds.
• Assist with product sales and inventory management.
• Support veterinarians and staff with administrative tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe hospital environment; follow safety protocols.
