Job summary

Hometown Animal Hospital & Dental Clinic is seeking a Client Services Representative to join our in-hospital team. The role supports check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and basic receptionist tasks to ensure smooth client flow and care coordination.

No veterinary experience is required; we are happy to train the right candidate. We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants and value positive attitudes and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Prior phone or customer service experience required.
• Prior veterinary experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent typing and computer skills.
• Familiarity with Avimark is a plus!
• Bilingual applicants welcomed!

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Greet clients and their pets.
• Make outbound calls to clients.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Prepare forms and estimates for appointments.
• Process payments, including cash, credit, and CareCredit.
• Submit insurance claims and follow-up to ensure payments are received.
• Ensure client satisfaction through excellent service.
• Inform clients about products and services offered.
