You will create a welcoming environment, educate clients on wellness plans, and assist with intake, appointments, invoices and product sales.

Ideal candidates show strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills, with a focus on exceptional client service and accurate record-keeping in a fast-paced hospital

Responsibilities

• Recruit new clients and route flow to maximize productivity
• Maximize pets seen by running an efficient hospital
• Provide professional, efficient service at all times
• Educate clients about wellness plans and services
• Assist with intake: documentation, pet records, IDs
• Assist with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, and scheduling
• Maintain accurate balances and perform opening/closing procedures
• Conduct administrative tasks as needed
• Other duties as assigned
