You will educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, assist with documentation, prescriptions, and scheduling, and contribute to a positive, efficient hospital experience for every visit. This role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and a patient-centered approach to encourage visits and referrals.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Drive client and pet flow through the hospital to maximize productivity
• Educate clients about wellness plans and services
• Provide friendly, efficient service and greet clients and pets
• Enter pet information and history into the computer accurately
• Dispense prescriptions, sell retail items and schedule follow-up visits
• Maintain accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures
• Perform administrative duties as needed
