Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to manage client and pet flow, ensuring a welcoming and efficient hospital experience. You will support the veterinary team, promote wellness plans, and help educate clients on pet care.

You will handle front-d desk duties, assist with documentation, and schedule appointments, while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary, healthcare, or related) preferred.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive client and pet flow through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service to clients and pets.
• Educate clients about wellness plans, preventative care and services.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet records, and scheduling.
