Job summary

CityVet is hiring a Client Service Specialist to be the clinic's primary contact for client interactions, ensuring a pleasant experience and building relationships that convert clients into loyal brand ambassadors.

As the face of our clinics, you will manage check-ins, coordinate appointments, and provide vaccine and wellness guidance to optimize daily workflows while delivering compassionate care to pets and their families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment check-ins and book new appointments, coordinating with the team for discharge information.
• Prioritize scheduled appointments, client education, and lobby triage by vaccine, wellness, parasite, and retail needs to maintain an efficient schedule.
• Greet and warmly welcome all clients as they arrive, inform about delays, and support the client experience throughout their visit.
