Job summary

CityVet Universal City is seeking a Client Service Specialist to be the first contact for clients, whether on the phone or in person. The role focuses on creating a pleasant client experience, building relationships that turn clients into loyal brand ambassadors, and coordinating appointments with the care teams.

The position emphasizes caring for people and their pets, with a strong emphasis on energy, empathy, and resilience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment check-ins, book new appointments and coordinate discharge information for grooming, clinic, walk-ins and appointments.
• Understand and prioritize scheduled appointments, client education and lobby triage by vaccine, wellness, parasite and retail needs.
• Greet and welcome all clients entering the clinic and notify clients of delays.
