Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to maximize the flow of clients and pets while supporting a productive veterinary team. You will welcome clients, collect pet information, and ensure smooth operations and scheduling.

The role emphasizes exceptional service and clear communication in a welcoming environment. Responsibilities include educating clients on wellness plans, processing documentation, and handling invoices and medications under veterinary guidance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related experience preferred with customer service.
• Medical background (veterinary tech, human healthcare, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing clients and pets for care.
• Maximize pets seen by maintaining a productive hospital flow.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet information in the system.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, and scheduling.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
