Job summary

The Caring Doctor, P.C. is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, enhance the productivity of the veterinary team, and maintain exceptional client communication.

You will educate clients on wellness plans, assist with front-desk functions, and ensure accurate records, scheduling, and billing while delivering a welcoming experience.

Qualifications

Fluent English with proper grammar, style, and vocabulary.
Strong leadership and integrity in client interactions.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
Excellent communication and client service orientation.

Responsibilities

Promote hospital services and route clients and pets to maximize care.
Guide flow to ensure superior client care and productivity.
Educate clients about wellness plans and preventive care.
Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records.
Assist with issuing instructions, invoices, and scheduling.
Manage balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
Perform administrative tasks as needed.
