Responsibilities

• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route client flow for efficient care.
• Maximize pets treated by maintaining a productive, efficient hospital flow for wellness plans.
• Provide professional, efficient service, welcome clients and pets, and educate on pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet history entry, IDs, and prompt service.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, products and scheduling.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
