A Caring Doctor (North Carolina), P.C. is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, support the veterinary medical team, and ensure a welcoming, efficient environment.

You will educate clients on wellness plans, handle documentation, scheduling, and invoicing, and help grow our wellness program. The role emphasizes exceptional client service, multi-tasking, and proactive communication to promote ongoing client relationships and hospital

Qualifications

• Fluent English in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Live the Five Principles of Mars in daily work.
• Actively recruit new clients and route clients and pets to ensure smooth flow.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by maintaining an efficient hospital flow.
• Provide exceptional service, welcome clients and educate them about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and services.
• Assist clients with documentation, records, tags, invoicing and scheduling.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
