Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform radiography (x-ray).
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Medical background (vet tech, human healthcare) with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive flow of clients and pets through the hospital and maximize productivity of the veterinary team.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet information; ensure prompt service.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times and encourage hospital visits.
