Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferably where a high degree of communication was necessary.
• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• Possess computer skills and proper phone etiquette.
• Familiarity with cat/dog breed characteristics to guide proper care.
• Credible background with managing multiple projects/tasks at once.
• Ability to maintain composure in a busy, loud, and fast-paced environment.
• This position does require moderate physical activity including walking, standing, sitting bending, lifting up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer communications via phone, email, or in person.
• Manage reservation requests and check-ins for Club Pet boarding.
• Maintain file and medical records and organize the office space.
• Assist with outreach/marketing of boarding services to the community.
