Customer Service Receptionist (Club Pet Boarding) - Helen Woodward Animal Center

Rancho Santa Fe, CA

$20.00 an hour

Part Time (Various days & hours, one weekend day and special reservation dates required)

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITES:

As a Customer Service Receptionist (CSR) for our Club Pet boarding facility you play an incremental role in coordinating a quality client experience. Each day your responsibilities may include the following: customer communications (via phone, email, or in person), managing reservation requests and check-ins, file and medical record-keeping, organizing and maintaining the office-space, and processing daily operational procedures.

In this role you are a front-office ambassador to the pets boarding onsite with us. You should be energetic towards learning about cat/dog characteristics as an aspect of your role. We additionally are seeking a candidate who is genuinely excited to work with pet parents and interested in outreach by marketing our boarding services to the community. As a relations expert you are accountable for delivering an excellent customer experience and assisting a guest's needs in a pleasant and professional manner.

• Demonstrated experience in building and managing positive and effective relationships
• Solutions/results oriented and passionate about meeting individual and team goals
• Consistent record of attendance and punctuality
