Job summary

Doginhaus is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for clients and their pets. You will greet pets and owners, answer questions about services, and help ensure a fantastic stay across boarding, grooming, and daycare.

Responsibilities include front desk duties, scheduling, check-ins/outs, and coordinating with groomers and kennels. Pay starts at $17.00/hr with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and in person.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets warmly at arrival.
• Answer calls and emails with a positive, informative tone.
• Schedule appointments and manage reservations.
• Assist with front desk tasks and pet check-ins/outs.
• Coordinate with staff about pet needs and care.
• Escort dogs to play areas and maintain a clean front office.
• Represent the Village professionally to clients.
