Job summary

Rentokil North America seeks a dedicated Operations Recruiter to oversee technician recruiting, ongoing training, coaching, development, and accountability. You will maximize technician success and retention while ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.

This full-time role requires coordinating staffing, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Expect travel within assigned territory and a competitive benefits package starting Day 1.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; licenses/certificates as required by regulations.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technician training, coaching, development, and accountability cadence to maximize success and retention.
• Recruit/hire residential and/or commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians to maintain staffing levels.
• Review and evaluate technician performance via ride-alongs and audits.
• Respond diligently to customer concerns and ensure service quality to maximize retention.
• Fill in periodically on customer appointments to close staffing gaps.
• Monitor branch scheduling for efficient, effective customer appointments.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Maintain inventory of pest/termite control and home services products.
