Job summary

Terminix is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee technician recruiting, rostering, training, and performance coaching, ensuring high service quality and strong customer retention. The role emphasizes staffing optimization, safety, and regulatory compliance across branches.

The ideal candidate will drive recruiting efforts for residential/commercial pest technicians, monitor performance, and step in for staffing gaps while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing technician training, coaching, development, and cadence of accountability to maximize success and retention
• Recruit/hire residential and/or commercial technicians to maintain staffing levels
• Review and evaluate technician performance (ride-alongs and audits)
• Respond promptly to customer concerns to protect retention
• Ensure service quality to maximise customer retention
• Fill in periodically on customer appointments to cover staffing gaps
• Monitor branch scheduling for efficient appointments
• Maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Manage inventory of pest/termite control products
