The role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and the ability to manage scheduling, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma (or GED).
• Maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing technician training, coaching, development, and accountability to maximize technician success and retention.
• Recruit/hire residential and/or commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians.
• Review and evaluate ongoing technician performance (ride-alongs and audits).
• Respond diligently and compassionately to customer concerns and ensure service quality.
