Terminix is seeking a Service Manager to lead and motivate Pest Technician teams at a local branch, ensuring efficient operations and high customer satisfaction. You will manage scheduling, safety compliance, and training while maintaining inventory and resolving customer concerns.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on problem solving in a field-based, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; a four-year degree is highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1–2 years of related experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to relocate is highly desirable.
• You are able to effectively lead and motivate others.
• You have strong communications skills – impersonal, written, presenting.
• You are detailed oriented and understand the importance of safety.
• You have a good aptitude for basic/intermediate math-- necessary for doing calculations related to sales and service

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Pest Technician teams at the local branch.
• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure routes are completed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Respond to customer concerns, including resolving cancellation requests.
• Inspect and evaluate the performance of Pest Technicians.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pest control products.
• Facilitate continual training of local sales and service teams
