Job summary

Terminix in Vineland, NJ is seeking a Recruiting and Training Manager to oversee technician recruitment, ongoing coaching, development, and accountability. This role focuses on maximizing technician success and retention while ensuring high service quality.

You will manage staffing levels for residential and commercial pest technicians, review performance, address customer concerns, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Travel may be required within the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED) required.
• Maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing technician training, coaching, development, and regular cadence of accountability to maximize technician success and retention.
• Recruit/hire residential and/or commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians to maintain staffing levels.
• Review and evaluate ongoing technician performance (ride-alongs and audits).
• Respond diligently and compassionately to customer concerns and ensure service quality to maximize customer retention.
• Fill in periodically on customer appointments to help close staffing gaps and monitor scheduling for efficiency.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance across operations.
