Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a dedicated leader to oversee technician recruiting, training, coaching, and accountability. You will build staffing plans, hire residential and commercial pest/termite technicians, and monitor performance to maximize customer retention and service quality.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and branch scheduling efficiency, while stepping in on customer appointments to cover gaps as needed.

Qualifications

• Adept at problem solving and identifying practical solutions.
• Ability to effectively lead and motivate others.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written).
• Basic/intermediate math for sales/service calculations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technician recruiting, hiring, ongoing training, coaching and accountability.
• Recruit/hire residential and/or commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians.
• Review technician performance and monitor service quality to maximize customer retention.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance; manage branch scheduling.
• Fill in on customer appointments to help cover staffing gaps when needed.
