Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a seasoned supervisor to oversee technician recruiting, training, coaching, and accountability. You will ensure staffing levels, quality service, and customer retention across residential and commercial pest control teams.

In this role, you will lead performance reviews, maintain safety compliance, and collaborate with branch leadership to optimize scheduling and operations.

Qualifications

• Adept at problem solving and identifying practical solutions.
• Ability to effectively lead and motivate others.
• Good aptitude for basic/intermediate math, for calculations related to sales/service.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presenting).
• Ability to build rapport easily and establish trust with customers and employees.
• Maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations.
• Maintain valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technician training, coaching, and accountability to maximize success and retention.
• Recruit/hire residential and/or commercial pest, termite, and lawn technicians to staffing levels.
• Review and evaluate technician performance via ride-alongs and audits.
• Respond diligently and compassionately to customer concerns.
• Ensure service quality to maximize customer retention.
• Manage scheduling and fill staffing gaps on customer appointments.
• Maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of pest/termite control products.
