Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a Branch Service Department Supervisor to direct staff and ensure quality service to customers. The role emphasizes leading and motivating the team while upholding safety and company standards.

Responsibilities include ongoing training, examining pest control work, handling customer complaints, and maintaining route coverage and inventory. This position requires a valid driver’s license and a GED or higher education.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence required.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Ability to perform basic math and geometry tasks.
• Knowledge of dry chemicals and pesticides.
• Familiar with DOT rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directs, monitors, and motivates staff of the branch service department to provide quality service to all customers.
• Provides continued, up-to-date training of branch service and sales personnel.
• Inspects termite and pest control work to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Responds to customer complaints.
• Contacts pending cancellations to retain accounts.
• Maintains awareness of customers remaining to be serviced in the month.
• Takes responsibility of servicing pest routes when necessary.
• Maintains inventory.
