The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a Service Manager to lead and motivate our Pest Technician teams across branches. You will ensure efficient routes, uphold safety standards, and maintain high customer satisfaction daily.

You will use strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage scheduling, training, and performance. Expect fieldwork in outdoor sites and crawl spaces, with relocation being desirable for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree; a four-year degree is highly desirable.
• Valid driver's license from state of residence is required.
• 1–2 years of related experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and motivate Pest Technician teams at local branches.
• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure routes are completed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded.
• Respond to customer concerns, including cancellations, where applicable.
• Inspect and evaluate Pest Technicians’ performance and provide feedback.
• Monitor inventory levels of pest control products.
• Facilitate ongoing training for local sales and service teams.
