Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Commercial Pest Control Technician to perform industry-leading pest management for commercial clients. You will inspect properties, identify infestations, apply treatments, and provide preventative measures while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes customer education, relationship-building, and collaboration with teams to expand service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills including measuring and mixing on product labels.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, following safety standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and the importance of maintaining a pest-free environment.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, and assist with sales to current and new customers.
• Maintain pest control equipment, stock, and ensure proper operation.
• Adhere to all regulations and safety protocols for pest control products and practices.
• Drive and operate a company-provided service vehicle.
