Qualifications

• Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Directs, monitors, and motivates staff of the branch service department to provide quality service to all customers.
• Provides ongoing training of branch service and sales personnel.
• Inspects termite and pest control work to ensure compliance with standards.
• Responds to customer complaints.
• Contacts pending cancellations to retain accounts.
• Maintains inventory and manages pest routes when necessary.
