Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is hiring for Innovation/Utility specialists to perform pest control inspections, install termite control systems, TAP insulation, and assist with light construction related to pest damage. You will interact with customers, explain services, and ensure safety protocols on-site.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and solid reading, writing, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Strong reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (covered by us).
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections to identify pest activity and perform pest control services for residential and commercial clients.
• Install and maintain termite control systems.
• Install TAP insulation and manage job-site preparations and clean-up.
• Assist with light construction related to pest damage and repairs.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and provide guidance on pest control measures.
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal with safety protocols.
• Stay updated on industry trends and training to enhance skills.
