The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a motivated Innovation/Utility specialist to perform pest control, insulation installation and light construction tasks in residential and commercial settings.

You will communicate with customers, perform exclusion and wildlife removal services, and ensure safety protocols are followed while completing job documentation and training updates as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license required
• Solid reading, writing and verbal communication skills
• License/certificates as required by regulations (handled by employer)
• Customer-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform pest control inspections and residential/commercial treatments
• Install and maintain termite control systems
• Assist with TAP insulation installation and related construction tasks
• Communicate with customers to explain services and ensure satisfaction
• Perform exclusion services, wildlife removal, and safety-compliant operations
• Complete production forms documenting services provided
