Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is hiring for an Innovation/Utility specialist to perform pest control, insulation installation, and light construction tasks. You will inspect, treat, and install systems for residential and commercial clients while maintaining high safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills to explain services and instructions to customers. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Solid reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations.
• Availability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pest inspection and treatment for residential and commercial clients.
• Install and maintain termite control systems and TAP insulation installations.
• Assist with light construction and related repairs as needed.
• Communicate service details and pest-control guidance to customers.
• Adhere to safety procedures and complete required documentation.
