Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is hiring for an Innovation/Utility specialist to perform pest control, insulation installation, and light construction tasks. You will inspect, treat, install insulation, and assist with exclusion work while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety on every job.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and comfortable public interaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information in both internal and external settings.
• Basic math skills — add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Follow instructions for mixing on product labels.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us).
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pest control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients, and install termite control systems.
• Efficient TAP insulation installation and site prep/cleanup.
• Assist with minor construction repairs related to pest damage.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and guidance on pest control measures.
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal with safety protocols.
