Job summary
The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking an Innovation/Utility Specialist to perform pest control, TAP insulation installation, and light construction tasks for residential and commercial clients. You will inspect for pests, install exclusion traps, and communicate service details to customers.
You will also perform exclusion services, wildlife removal, and maintain safety protocols while working both indoors and outdoors in various sites.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license from state of residence.
- Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
Responsibilities
- Inspect for pest activity and perform pest control services for residential and commercial clients, installing and maintaining termite control systems.
- Install TAP insulation and manage job-site preparations and clean-up.
- Assist with light construction projects and minor repairs related to pest damage.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and provide pest-control guidance.
- Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal, set up and maintain exclusion traps, follow safety protocols.
