Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is hiring for an Innovation/Utility specialist. You will conduct pest control inspections, install termite control systems, and support insulation installation while ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction.

You will also assist with light construction, wildlife exclusion, and safety-compliant operations. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong reading/writing skills, and basic math ability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Solid reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide) required.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (covered by us).

Responsibilities

• Pest control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients.
• Install and maintain termite control systems.
• Install TAP insulation and manage job-site prep and cleanup.
• Assist with light construction and repairs related to pest damage.
• Communicate with customers to explain services and provide guidance on pest control measures.
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal following safety protocols.
