Job summary
The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking skilled professionals to join our pest control and insulation services team. You will conduct inspections, perform pest control, and support minor construction and insulation installations for residential and commercial clients.
Customer communication, safety, and adherence to regulations are essential as you contribute to protecting homes and properties in our service area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
- Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
- Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
- Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information.
- Basic math skills — add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations (covered by us).
- Customer-facing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections to identify pest activity and perform pest control services for residential and commercial clients.
- Install and maintain termite control systems.
- Efficient TAP insulation installation and ensuring quality service.
- Assist with light construction projects and minor repairs related to pest damage.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and provide guidance on pest control measures.
- Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal with safety protocols.
