Job summary

Terminix is seeking qualified Innovation/Utility specialists. You will perform pest control inspections for residential and commercial clients, install TAP insulation, assist with light construction work and exclusions, and communicate service details to customers, ensuring safety and satisfaction.

You will operate in varied environments, follow PPE requirements, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Pest control knowledge or willingness to learn.
• Ability to install TAP insulation.
• Light construction/repair tasks related to pest damage.
• Competent communication with customers and explanation of services.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections to identify pest activity and perform pest control for residential and commercial clients.
• Install Thermal Acoustical Pest Control (TAP) insulation with quality service and proper site prep and cleanup.
• Assist with light construction projects and repairs related to pest damage.
• Interact with customers to explain services, ensure satisfaction, and provide pest-control guidance.
• Perform exclusion and wildlife removal services and maintain safety protocols.
