Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking an Innovation/Utility specialist to perform pest control, TAP insulation installation, and light construction across residential and commercial sites.

You will inspect for pests, install termite control systems, handle exclusion traps, and communicate with customers while following safety protocols. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills for measurements and proportions.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Pest Control: Inspect and treat residential and commercial properties, install termite control systems.
• TAP Insulation Installation: Install Thermal Acoustical Pest insulation with quality and safety.
• Construction and Repair: Assist with minor repairs and related pest-damage work.
• Customer Interaction: Explain services and pest-control measures to customers.
