Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information in internal and external settings.
• Basic math skills — add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Pest Control: conduct inspections and provide pest control services for residential and commercial clients.
• TAP Insulation Installation: install TAP insulation with quality service and safety.
• Construction and Repair: assist with light construction and repairs related to pest damage.
• Customer Interaction: communicate with customers to explain services and guidance on pest control measures.
• Service Delivery: perform exclusion services and wildlife removal following safety protocols.
• Continuous Learning: participate in training to stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
